All services are subject to change, enhancement, or discontinuation at our discretion.
3. Booking & Payments
- Deposits: A non refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date or design package.
- Payment Terms: All remaining balances must be paid by the due date stated on your invoice or confirmation email.
- Accepted Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payments via our secure checkout system.
- Refunds: Because each event experience is customized, all completed services and digital products are non-refundable.
If a client cancels or reschedules, fees may apply according to your booking agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for bookings, forms, and communications.
- Ensure that any third-party materials (music, photos, etc.) you submit do not infringe on copyright laws.
- Maintain appropriate behavior during any live or recorded event sessions.
Failure to comply may result in cancellation of services without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, graphics, text, logos, and media on this site are the intellectual property of Virtual Wedding 360 and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written consent.
You may only use our materials for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your wedding experience.
6. Virtual Event Recordings
By participating in a virtual wedding experience, you grant us permission to record, livestream, and securely store event footage as part of your package. You may also receive copies of these recordings if included in your plan.
We will not share or post any personal content publicly without your consent.
7. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and compatible device(s) for viewing or participating in virtual experiences. We are not responsible for performance issues resulting from client side technical limitations.
8. Limitation of Liability
Virtual Wedding 360 is not liable for:
- Any loss, damage, or delay caused by events beyond our control (including system outages, weather, or force majeure).
- Any technical difficulties during livestreams or recordings not directly caused by our negligence.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.
9. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule:
- Contact us in writing at least 30 days prior to your scheduled event date.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
- Deposits remain non refundable but may be credited toward a future booking if notice is received in time.
10. User Accounts
If you create an account on our platform:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms.
11. Privacy Policy

12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution through communication before pursuing legal action.
